Design principles
- Groups and posts for support, not clout chasing — fewer dark patterns that reward outrage or body commentary.
- Privacy-forward defaults — your health story is yours to share; we do not treat public oversharing as the default path to “engagement.”
- Safety rules that match real gyms — harassment, medical advice pile-ons, and dangerous challenges belong off the platform; enforcement is part of the product surface.
