Recovery is context — not a moral score
Wearables and readiness metrics can sharpen decisions when they are honest about error. PeakGevity is built to keep recovery adjacent to training and fueling — without laundering a consumer score into a diagnosis.
What we believe
- Readiness informs; it does not command. If you feel great on a “red” day, your lived experience still counts — we do not shame you into skipping life.
- Integrations are labeled. Live, beta, and roadmap statuses exist so you never guess whether a sync is real.
- Medical boundaries stay medical. If you have symptoms that belong in an emergency department, use emergency services — not an app.
Recovery is where marketing often overreaches. We will keep language grounded: better sleep habits can support training; consumer wearables estimate signals; coaches and clinicians still outrank software for high-stakes decisions.
