Subscription bill of rights

High conversion without trust is churn with extra steps. These are the commitments we want to be judged against — subject to platform rules for mobile billing and final legal review.

1. Clear pricing

When SKUs are live, pricing and renewal cadence appear at official checkout (Apple/Google). We will not hide material terms behind surprise screens.

2. Obvious cancellation

Mobile subscriptions are canceled through your platform account. We publish plain-language guidance in Support and FAQ so you are not hunting through maze UX.

3. Refunds follow platform rules

Apple and Google control refund eligibility for IAP in most cases. We will not instruct you to bypass store billing for app access — that pattern creates the trust failures users hate.

4. Data export & deletion

We intend to provide export and account deletion paths consistent with modern expectations. Exact mechanics ship in-app and will be mirrored in Support documentation as they go live.

5. Support that respects your time

We ask for reproducible details because it gets you unstuck faster. Response-time SLAs will be published only once they are real, not aspirational.
