We want pricing and cancellation to feel boring — in a good way. No treasure hunt, no surprise mechanics. Mobile access is intended to run through platform billing where applicable.
- How much does PeakGevity cost?
- Pricing displays at purchase time in the Apple App Store or Google Play when subscriptions are live. This website may run a waitlist before public SKUs are finalized in every region.
- Is there a free trial or free plan?
- If offered, terms appear at checkout in the store and in-app. Until then, join the waitlist for launch updates — we will not bury fees in fine print when SKUs go live.
- How do I cancel?
- For mobile subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google, cancellation is managed in your store account settings. We will publish direct links in Support as SKUs stabilize.
- Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?
- Not usually. Subscriptions are tied to your store account. Deleting the app without canceling in the store can leave billing active — follow the store’s cancellation path.
- Are there hidden fees?
- We do not build surprise recurring charges. Taxes and currency conversion follow the platform’s rules at checkout.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refund eligibility for mobile purchases is primarily determined by Apple/Google policies and timing. Follow the platform’s refund request flow and include receipts when contacting support.
- Do you offer team or coach billing?
- If coach or team billing exists, it will be described explicitly when available. We avoid ambiguous B2B promises on the consumer marketing site.
